Would seem doable.... without fans. Controlling a group less than 20 percent of a football program should be easier.
Maybe start games when winter break starts, with campus empty. Primarily a conference only schedule? Maybe 3 five team pods with about 20 games. Home and home within pods to help with travel. Conference touny maybe in Raleigh with 8 teams.
