In the last few months, the HC has actually been kind of a beacon. They still have a lot of work to do (by their own admission), but I (personally) like the way they're trending.
As I've said, Whit's pretty good. Does a lot of things well. Communication just isn't one of them. In general, the AthDept doesn't seem interested in making us (the fans) part of the key to success (despite the HC sending out the keys in a recent mailing). The AthDept doesn't seem to want us involved, except for donations and ticket and merchandise purchases.
