Sure is alive, come to the burg and see for yourself

Next time you come, go Blacksburg Road or Newport Road from Catawba and you will see some serious "treading" 4-7 miles from town. Both of these valleys are full of caves and sinkholes, unstable. So if this thing ever gets done and they send pressured gas down this tube, it will blow and those of us down here who got "treaded" on will suffer the consequences.
