Hence why I thought any payment would be symbolic one. It could be as little as $1 or a larger sum (i.e. $1,000-$10,000) bet set up in a trust to be used by the tribe for a specific purpose (i.e. scholarships, research grants, etc). At least I don't think we would see any payments reach six figures unless the state/county/city was on board with it (assuming a judge decided it) or suggested it as a way of trying to settle the case.
