It really depends on the pace (number of possessions) the game is played.
For Wisconsin the number is significantly lower than at Oklahoma.
VT's number of possessions per game has skyrocketed under Loeffler and now Fuente. (primarily due to playing faster and having an offense that has a lot of short possessions) At our recent pace, 35 points would probably put us as a middle of the road offense in terms of efficiency. With an offensive minded HC that we pay the highest salary in our division, my expectation would be that the offense should be performing in the top 15-20% of college football as far as efficiency. (I don't think we have done that in any season since Fu was hired)
