First of all, I suggested schools implement a policy


of honoring all scholarships. So I'm not suggesting coaches pull scholarships for guys who choose not to play in 2020. Second, lots of people without athletic scholarships find ways to pay tuition. So IF they choose to give up football altogether, they're just in the "normal person" bucket.
