It has be proven that the virus does not spread easily outside (1 in 7300 studied cases from outside transmission) and sunlight helps recovery/the overall immune system. All outside venues should be open immediately and let people make their own risk calculus about attending. Science clearly backs this up and the only reason this is not the case now is fear that has been stoked over the last three months that is sensationalized everywhere.
