I don't know what the hell the WHO is posting about, are they trying to make people more comfortable opening up? Millions of people have been sickened, even if they fully open every aspect of the economy, a lot of people are not going to be comfortable going out again until we have a vaccine. We know this virus spreads like wildfire if you don't take a lot of steps to contain it. The economy shutdown was an extraordinary measure responding to a once-in-a-century type threat. I assume WHO's point is something along the lines of people who are asymptomatic are unlikely to spread the disease (not sure I buy that without reading a really robust study), but either way, you don't know who is asymptomatic vs who is pre-symptomatic until after they've recovered and tested negative.
