DD had a good head on his shoulders early in the process. Even called out recruits like Henderson for acting interested in VT but not signing. Then he does the exact same thing....

I also think he lacks humility...I'm all for confidence don't get me wrong. Publicly stating that he was only coming to VT to start right away when you have 3 QBs that have started and D1 football games already on the roster was a red flag for me. If he believed that, then okay, come here and prove it. but don't disrespect the program you originally gave you an opportunity because you're going somewhere else.

I know HS football is a big deal in Texas but this kids reading a lot of his own press. He'll go to Auburn, sit behind Nix for a year or two then we'll see
