I think the key is to just do what you genuinely can to reduce the number of people who they can come into contact with. You can only do what you can do. You won’t be able to completely disconnect them from outside people and germs, but you can just try to limit it as best you can. It’s a statistics game, and you must wanna give your loved ones the best statistics.

If you’re doing what you can, the key after that is to limit your stress about it, and keep it consistent.

It seems many people are overwhelmed by the precautions, or take the precautions and grow annoyed with it quickly and abandon it.
