Agreed with them on DD would probably less likely to decommit if many other high level recruits joined him at VT. But a bigger question is why these recruits flirted with VT and decided not to come?

Following Coach Fuente for the last few years, I guess I know what kind of culture he wants to build here at VT, but I don’t think he knows when he needs to compromise a little bit and keep moving forward. Life is not only black and white, it’s grey in many ways, so is football and his interactions with his players. So many former plays can’t wait to get out of VT under him to go to transfer portal, go to draft even little chance of being drafted including Evans. I feel there is just not much fun and excitement playing for him even though next year is supposed to be a big yea. This is the bigger issue. He needs to know how to motivate these “problematic” players rather than just cutting the ties. At this stage, it is what it is.
