They have always been dominant in recruiting NC, but NC usually does not have this many four stars. It won’t last. We do need to build a wall around VA. VA does have some disadvantages. Most of the states growth are temporary residents that as not life long Virginians. No state loyalty in Northern VA and Tidewater full of transient government workers and military families. No ties.NC kids much more loyal to state schools.
