NCAA does not concern themselves with low-majors

JuCos are easier to "fudge" grades and courses. Pay a couple people to make sure a kid gets the grades needed to get eligible and reap the benefits.

He isnt going after JuCos because he likes older players...there is a low risk-medium reward for decent players if you can get them into school. And he makes sure they get into school...

...however that needs to be done
