You can work with him...
You can take him from a bad shooter to an average shooter...but not so much that teams will need to play him for the shot AND the drive...it makes things easier on the offense to have shooters to stretch off ball defenders, and Radford's defender will always be able to camp out in the gaps
Delaney was always a good shooter, he shot 40% from 3 his freshman year, and 40% his senior year
Green improved, but improved by about 12%, not a huge jump, but a jump nonetheless...Radford needs to improve double that just to be serviceable
