To be fair...


Thats like saying all Dennis Rodman is missing is a jump shot

It is extremely hard to go from really bad to really good as a shooter at this age. Radford is what he is at this point. And thats a player that can help you win championships, but has his limitations. He will only serve better in that role the less of an option he is offensively.

If Dennis Rodman were the #1 on any team, theyd have a tough time. But you need Dennis Rodman. Everyone does. Everyone needs Tyrece Radford. He can help literally every team in the country. Just not as a #1

Is it within the realm of possibility that he gains outside shooting? Sure, but it is much more likely that:

Bamisile is ready to be the guy from the start
Diarra learns to play within MYs offense
Ojiako understands how to defend a ball screen
Maddox lights it up from deep
Cone gets stronger and you can keep him on the floor longer

Any of those, if they happened, would vault them past Radford for most talented. And a couple a decent expectations to happen
