But what I can say is that at no point during the Buzz years did I look at a roster of 13 players and struggle to come up with a sure fire "this kid wont contribute"

Typically you could find that kid around the 8th or 9th person on the roster with Buzz

So far MY is 4 out of 5 (Branden Johnson should count as a miss, though the circumstances behind it are understandable)

And thats 4 out of 5 with a short offseason to build a roster.

2 years in and there is almost a full roster turnover AND 13 potential contributors...not bad
