There is reason it's called the Fall viral season.

Every Fall season, 1-2 weeks after the start of school, starts the viral season that then continues on through winter and early Spring.

There is a lot we don't understand about viruses, and why they affect us more at this time. Some theories includes more time indoors, more social contacts, less vitamin D, pollution, etc. It's not really known. But every year viral infections reach nadir mid July and peak in December.

If it spreads in the Fall, it will be devastating.

I am very hopeful for testing and isolation measures...but we have to take it seriously come start of the school year.
