Just from a scheme fit, it works. And obviously from a geographical standpoint it works.

But Manning could very well be gone after next season and Wilkins is playing for his 4th coach in 4 years

Would I have advised it? No, probably not

Can I see why both parties were attracted to it and feel they can make it work? Yeah absolutely
