Since there's no treatment yet most patients will NOT need an ID

doctor. You need a good intensivist and cardiologist. Every doctor in the country already knows about proning, or placing patients on their stomachs. Prevention of ARDS or pulmonary emboli/clots and/or arrythmias/heart complications while the body fights the infection is key to survival.

Steroids have had mixed results. Initial reports in Europe were that they were harmful. Data here in the U.S. suggests they may reduce viral replication and inflammation. At the best, it will be a heterogeneous response among patients perhaps more useful in certain patients.

Vitamin C will likely have little value although we will never know. It's really never really produced any evidence despite it's popularity.
