Complete or compositve=rushing ability + passin' ability.

The other two can run epically enough.
Maybe even just a bit north of BAX on the ground.
Though BAX IS a pure Spread-set dual-threat Qb via training.
He was only the no.7 ranked dual-threat Qb in America per Rivals; for instance!

BAX set San Diego Section career records in total yards (14,972), passing yards (11,512), passing
touchdowns (127) and pass completions (853) in four varsity seasons.
He only tallied right at 1.5k rushings and 27 ground TD's as a Sr.
With a mere 80 total majors (TD's) as a Sr.
With nearly 4K rushing in four H.S. years!
He sucks. Cut him, now!!!

And he IS very likely the 1st place passer even if he is 2a. or 3rd in the run-fit sweepstakes.
That's a pretty good -if not a slick- 2a or 3rd place runner to be clear.

Tho' how far behind he and QVT are for all of this=who knows???
