Changing the clock from 55 seconds to 57, not calling intentional grounding on that pass (the ball didn't go past the line of scrimmage), calling Hooker OOB on the drive previous when he slid down in bounds, not making UM burn a timeout on an injured player in the final 2 minutes, putting the clock back to 1 second when the clock expired before the ball hit the ground, and calling targeting (overturned) on us yet Keene got targeted on our final drive and no call.
