I actually agree.
Scholarship athletes have a pretty good deal. They get world-class nutrition, strength and conditioning training, coaching, exposure, room and board, and an education. If they are good enough, they will get paid to pay professionally.
My point is that we don't need MORE regulation (like a budget cap). If anything, we need less. I'd be okay with a coach buying a player a cheeseburger, for example.
