I think we were all excited after the MSU win, but then we played Dayton

and BYU. To me, if you didn't hit the brakes after those meltdowns, you weren't paying attention. By the first UVA debacle, I knew we didn't have enough gas in the tank for an ACC schedule. So lowered expectations really kept the old ego in check. We'll be better but it would have been a damn miracle for CMY to have gotten these freshmen to finish at the top of the ACC.
