Victim probably knew it would be hard to press charges so she filed a Title IX complaint that led to his dismissal. There were many slaps/shoves but she was never hospitalized. It's good that FSU took steps to protect the student instead of just looking out for the football team. I hope he learned from the experience and gets back on track.
