GT appears to get ACCT tickets whether their team goes or not if we look at

what happened in 2016, the last time a team was ineligible for the ACCT.

Louisville did not participate when the tournament was in DC in 2016, but if we go by this link, their fans still got the ability to buy tickets in their section.

Not sure how many actually did, but they were given the right to.

I think it would be too difficult at this stage to figure out if they are carving up the Greensboro Coliseum into 14 or 15 slices...
