Was there any specific info on surgery? I don’t have info on it but I had back surgery for a ruptured disk / herniation and that took a lot more than a few months to heal. Hopefully it’s not that bad for him but any disk issue is not like a broken bone that heals stronger.

Maybe a lot of pool work, but regular people can’t run for months after disk surgery. It was a life draining time for a year for me. Wishing him a speedy recovery!
