the Chargers may be forced to start a rookie at QB to try to generate buzz for the team assuming the team is determined to remain in LA. If the Chargers aren't going to start a rookie QB, then they may have to sign a big name FA (i.e. Tom Brady) to help generate buzz for the team. Even though I would like to see Tyrod get his shot to win the starting job, I am not sure the Chargers will give a fair chance given the off the field issues within the organization.
