I think coach Fuente is extremely confident, but raised not to flaunt it.

He is quietly building a monster of a football program, he knows what he is doing,
and nothing is going to get in his way.

I think he feels like he earns his salary with hard work and dedication to make VT great again,
and when VT rises to the top, people will stop questioning his every move anyhow.

He is a man that is focused on his craft, and perfecting the Football machine that is Virginia Tech Football, and could probably care less what you, me, or anyone else thinks of his bottle krinkles, his facial expressions, or his body language.

And when he sees the fruition of his staff building, and his hard work coaching, team building, recruiting, and management, he will come back to the podium, with a triumphant football team, on top of college football, and guess what.

He will still be Krinkling water bottles, fidgeting, and talking the same pitch, and we will love him for it.
