Kind of similar to Fuente not starting Hendon until game 5 of 2019 season..

I wonder how it would have played out if Beamer had decided to start Vick in
1998, instead of the Al Clark / Dave Meyer / Nick Sorenson combo.

Watching what Kentucky did with fast QB, makes me wonder.
Without Vick we lost to Temple, Lost by 2 points to syracuse, and lost to UVA by 4.

Could a lesser experienced Vick have carried us through the season?
Our Defense was NASTY that year, with 7 games where opponents scored 7 points or less, including 4 shutouts, and our special teams at the time was legendary.

If that happened, what would 98 season look like, and would Vick win heismann in 99?
