Racism is much deeper than a simple act from an individual. It runs deep

through the veins of American society and has layers upon layers. Some of those layers have been peeled off, but others exist. Is it possible that we, folks who are white, are ignorant to many forms of racism because we never encounter it ourselves?

Edit: Sorry Will & Chris if this is beginning to cross a line into something other than what the board is intended to be.
