At how “ok” teammates are when another teammate transfers. I’m all about wishing guys the best in their lives, but it’s almost like the competitive spirit Has evaporated. Guys seem too buddy buddy with one another to the point where competition doesn’t seem evident in some cases. The transfer portal in my opinion has created microwave culture to where long term competition isn’t relevant anymore.
