Every CEO needs to manage his / her board, and manage the investors.


CJF seems to do OK on the board front with Whit and the rest of the administration, but very weak on managing the investors, who can trade out of the stock (or stop donating) any time, if they feel things aren't going in the right direction.

He needs a master class on the latter.
