to support that Tech is no different than Clemson, Auburn and PSU. Those 3 schools are “in the sticks” as much, if not more so, than Tech. Those 3 lose players, but their great ones seem to stay longer than 1 or 2 years it seems. I’m probably too close to Tech’s issue versus Clemson, Auburn and PSU. Maybe it just seems (to me) like every player thinks they are too good for Tech football and think they’re ready for the NFL. Or my other thought that Blacksburg may be too boring for big time players. Or that it’s a poor football culture. Or it’s the lack of “big time” money and “win at all costs” attitude. I don’t know... maybe Tech is just like other schools.
