my opinion matters at all, but I have seen the vitriol people are spewing on-line. Personally attacking people, cursing while at it, just spewing negativity. And those people are the loudest and most relentless. Yes, good Hokies shout them down, but THOSE people who spew such hate are the ones who get quite a bit of notice, and people that don't know the true Hokie Nation see it and make assumptions. It's just how social media is, and it does matter. If you don't get it, then I don't know what to say to you.
