I’ve only been lurking the past few days, so apologies if this is a retread of a similar post.

Long story short. Baylor is in a much better position than we are in literally EVERY way. Now, who knows whether he was offered the job or not but, given the lack of financial commitment we currently have from the administration and the alumni, him interviewing is potentially a great thing for the future of VT football.

We have subpar facilities compared to the schools that we think we are better than.

Hopefully, as CC said, this is “a shot across the bow” for the VT administration and alumni donors to take stock of what they are doing to remake this program into what it was in the early 2000s.

We don’t have enough office space to support the amount of coaches and support staff we need.

Like CC said in the podcast: Walking out to Enter Sandman isn’t enough to get a recruit or good coaches.

We need better facilities for both of them in order to be what we think we should be.
