no one outside of your immediate circle is affected or even cares if they find out you’re looking around.

If a head coach starts to look around, you put all of the other coaches and staff on edge no matter how much reassurance you give them because their jobs & living situations are up in the air, prospects & recruits start to wonder about the stability of the situation & you risk angering your fan base for looking around.

There’s a lot of anxiety that could be avoided by just saying no. Which if you’re really happy a reasonable person would do.

I like Fuente but I’m not pleased to hear this even took place. The man is being well compensated but if he’s not happy, he needs to move his butt on down the road ASAP just like Buzz did.
