Bede over-rotates his hips on his square up for the shot


This is typically due to over-stepping with your lead foot. This causes you to essentially shoot at a moving target moving your hips back to the rim in the air. If you can imagine shooting at a rim that moves 6 inches to the left and right every time you shoot it, it would be incredibly more difficult to shoot
