the next 10 years, IMHO, especially after the class we just inked (and I don't expect the Texas kids to ever play here.) If we have a really good class (and we thought we found a heck of a QB early in the process), we will trend up. If we have a not so good class, we will continue to go the wrong way.

What this move did is pretty much cement us for the not so good class, IMHO. If Fuente goes there goes pretty every O coach we have (and the previously mentioned QB). If Fuente stays most of the fan base will be wanting his head on a platter, and all the assistants will know they are working on borrowed time, thus not recruiting kids to VT, but maybe recruiting them to themselves saying "you can come to the school I land at."

Either way, this was the worst possible time.
