thought was, VT will never play at this level. I could be wrong, but my suggestion is that if we want to get there, we need a full and complete reset. We need to be willing to accept losing seasons and then obviously make the right hire. Everything needs to be flushed. No more hanging on to the old while trying to implement something new.
