Fu seems quite honest and genuine when he speaks of VT, the program / staff, the school, how he feels about being at VT, how his family is thriving in Blacksburg, etc. It would be incredibly disruptive to leave given what he's trying to build, the class coming back, his wife / kids.

Yes he has ties back to OK. And maybe there is a bit more money at Baylor, although I honestly don't believe that's a step up but more / less a lateral move. He has the right to explore, and but I'd rather see him stay.
