Much more like Steve Young than Lamar Jackson. The point of the OP as I first read it is that you can’t rely on your QB as your primary rushing threat and win it all. Why not? I have no idea.
Having a QB who can rip off a huge run on a third and long scramble will definitely help you win. See Staubach, Elway, Fabre, Rodgers et al. All of those played with RBs that still remember.
