I don't have a database of reviewed plays unfortunately....

It seems like a fairly unique play where the turnover that occurred well before the whistle was blown was missed by everyone on the field. Every play is reviewable as mentioned by Concord so the idea there was no review possible is definitely wrong. Whether they would have overturned it is the argument. I believe they would have because the play in question was not about forward progress nor was it questionable the play was blown dead before the fumble.

I appreciate your conversation on it. Personally I'm not that upset because the chain of events seems to be a freak type thing. Nobody had any idea what was going on except for possibly Stoops who quickly ran the next play.

It does bring in the question of having a special assistant watching plays to stop games for Fuente via timeouts or give him data on when to go for two or go for it on 4th down. The moment can be a lot in the 4th quarter and the view can really hard on field level.
