Turnovers are reviewable regardless of forward progress being called. The review would be used to see if there was a turnover or the player did not make the line to gain before forward progress was called. The ball was clearly out before the whistle and before he made the line to gain. The ref that probably told Fuente didn't see it. That is exactly why they have replay.

You seem to be confusing reviewing forward progress itself which is not reviewable.

If it makes you feel better to think it wasn't reviewable, by all means, feel free. Everyone deals with loss differently. ;)
