Yet the ball was spotted where Bowden ended up . . .


about a yard and half from Tisdale who actually had the ball. If the whistle had blown the spot would have had to have been before Tisdale stripped Bowden. The "forward motion" BS was the official trying to square a story that matched what he assumed occurred.
