than 8-9 wins a season. This schedule was awful. Understand the D had youth but to only get 8 wins was terrible. Also, any Head Coach who has to call in a guy to tell him what is wrong isn't worth his pay. That's why you're a HC. If you can't figure out staff issues or locker room issues, then go be an assistant somewhere because you don't have what it takes to be a HC
