Exactly. VT has no track record of improving coaching,


The reality is that we have been blessed over decades with unparalleled stability. That’s not something we can expect. We live in an age of 2 years and move on. Look at all of the uber successful programs right now, almost all of them have created very large coaching trees by hiring motivated and driven coaches who move on to bigger and better things.

Just like corporate America, you can find Joe Schmo who lives down the street and will do one job and stay forever but you only improve through that if you catch lightning in a bottle.
