I don't understand why so many people think that Nolley is a one-and-done.

I love his game, but the ONLY thing he does at a near NBA level is score. His defense is suspect, passing and handle both need work.

Don't get me wrong, I love his game, but I'm just not seeing what makes people think he will catch the eye of NBA scouts. Nickeil had that "IT" factor. Even when he wasn't scoring, he was doing things to make his team better. I just don't see that with Nolley, YET. He may get there, but I just don't see it being this year.
