Can't see the real upside for Fu.

More money? Possibly, but my guess is he really doesn't "need" more money.

Better opportunity to win over the next 2-3 years? Again, hard to see it, as he has a ton of talent coming back in Blacksburg.

Less sniping from the fanbase? I doubt it. We have some perpetually disappointed VT fans, but every other fanbase has those types also. And it is hard to see winning the SEC while coaching at Arkansas anytime soon. Winning the ACC at VT? That can be done.
