Don’t conflate mobility with exceptional abilities. Armstrong might can move with the ball in his hands but he does not have exceptional abilities. Trust me, I seen a glimpse of his game and he will not be able to carry a team on his shoulders. There are many dual threat QB’s but not many Mike Vick’s, LaMar Jackson and in your case Bryce Perkins. So keep it real in your assessment of his abilities.
