Things aren't going well for him at PSU on the depth chart and there are two more blue chip running backs committed for 2020. Highly likely he enters the portal - maybe you can get him and a change of scenery might be helpful - we've seen portal entries work fabulously (Justin Fields, Jaylen Hurts) and of course many others that you never hear from again.
